Ode to a Teacher

    I officially love my English teacher.  She let us listen to out iPods this past week (or what little of it there was..) and music is so awesome, especially in school.  I mean, like, outside of school, you can listen to a music device any time you want; it's no big deal!  In school, though, it's like drugs.  You have to keep it hidden, or you're in deep..uh... crap.  The fact that Erin let us listen to our music whilst working in class moved her up a whole hellova lot in my book.  Another thing about her is that she knows what's up.  Know what I mean?  She's not like one of those old-fashioned teachers that's all not with it, and stuff.  Oh no.  No no no no no no no.  She snowboards, she used to work at Cosco, yeah man.  She's B-A.  Another thing is that she has a sense of humor.  Not teacher humor, either.  I'm talkin a genuine bona fide sense of humor.  Now how often do you see that in a teacher nowadays?
