How I Got Out of School 20 Minutes Early
My doctors' appointment. I went to it and found out that I have a concussion and costochondritis. Now I'm not allowed to do much physical activity until I haven't had a headache for a solid week. What a drag. How am I going to get into shape for soccer? At least I got to leave Biology 20 minutes early to walk to the hospital, only to have to navigate a path to the other side to the family something something clinic or something like that. But yay for missing 20 minutes of school! For costochondritis I have to take anti inflammatory pills and go to a physical therapist. What a drag. I got an X-ray on my hip, it was pretty cool I guess. They always ask if I'm pregnant (they do this with every girl). It's like, um hell no I'm not knocked up, are you bloody joking me? The first time that they asked me I was younger and I was completely baffled. When my sister was in the E.R. for her guinea pig bite, the old lady in the bed next to her kept asking if she was pregnant. My sister was a junior in high school I'm pretty sure, but she looked like she was 13. The old lady kept asking us really odd questions. She told the doctors that her name was Thomas Jefferson. Insane woman. The moral of the story: get out of class (that you don't really really like) any way that you can.
