I drew a unicorn

I drew a unicorn today in Spanish class.  I also played Tetris.
The classes that I played Tetris in:
Psychology
Geometry
U.S. History
Spanish         aaand...
Biology

Classes that I did not play Tetris in (and why)
P.E. - Do you know how difficult it is to play a video game in P.E.?  It is nearly impossible.
English - I like the class.  I really do, it is one of my best subjects.  I would like to stay caught up in that class.  The teacher is really cool, too.  Like, seriously!  She likes Journey.  Journey!!  How awesome is that?

Majuscule is a word that I have learned recently.  I am still trying to figure out a way to fit it into a sentence....  Commas save lives!  For an example, (notice my majuscule) "Let’s eat, Grandpa!" (du du du DUUUH)  "Let’s eat Grandpa!"  See the difference?
We need punctuation and grammar in this day and age.  Texting has degraded our spelling and grammar skills.  In a survey by the Pew Internet & American Life Project, 64 percent of US teens admitted that some form of texting has crept into their academic writing (Lenhart et al., 2008).  I, personally, cannot see why anyone would want to write/type "2nite" in the place of "tonight" or "How r u?" instead of "How are you?"  I guess I just prefer the correct way of spelling, versus 'text talk,' but I guess that is just my opinion..

  1. Sometimes i prefer 'text talk' just because its faster, when (usually) i text people simpley for an exchange of imformation (your one of the few people i lesiurley text with)so why waste time spelling it all out when were just on a need to know basis? pluse im a slow texter anyway. hah
